Its Thursday AM and I have been experiencing some moderate solar flu. This time is due more to solar wind streams from a coronal hole than from CME’s or flares. At this time we are in a G3 solar storm. This is very strong but gratefully as I stated, its not making me as ill as some previous ones. Hopefully things should begin to quiet down within the next 2 days. I read that the aurora was/has been visible as far N or S depending on your prospective as Washington. I did not see them here but you need clear skies and we had cloudy skies last night. We are due for a cooler spell with rain Friday thru Sunday and possibly Monday as well. We can certainly use it and it will help put out all the fires, old and new. The reason I am mentioning the rain is because early on in Project Migraine we found that when the ground is wet the sounds are much louder. This is due, we suspected to the fact that water carries the frequency better and I have found that water carries its own frequency as in a lower frequency than dry ground. So the sound is louder and in fact in some cases the symptoms were more intense for smaller events. 10:43 AM PDT I had to stop and take Lecithin and TUMS. I have not made any Peppermint Tea at this time but the way my stomach is feeling I think it’s a good chance that will be soon on my agenda * note up till this time I have not had much in the way of symptoms for solar flu.. slight amount yesterday and I was ok today till the Yellow Bar showed up and then the symptoms began to affect me.* Solar flu in effect. I started my update…just a slight feeling of pressure. 30 minutes into my update and the pain hit enough to take supplements

Myself and others are experiencing vertigo again.. I am not sure what the cause is but there are several possibilities. Foremost for me and many other sensitive’s the vertigo tends to be connected to volcanism. We do have several events in various stages of progress. We had a short term eruption at Cleveland in AK, in the Aleutians, and a couple of days ago, we have Bogoslof volcano also in AK go from Orange/Watch to Yellow/ Advisory status. We also have a eruption building at Agunga Volcano in Bali with a full evacuation of 35,000 persons in the danger zone and closer to home we have had quake activity at Mammoth Lakes*, Mt Rainier*, Mt Hood*, Mt St Helens*. (* none of which I am concerned about ) I am watching Iceland for activity in one of their two major volcanoes, Hekla and Katla. I am watching Hekla more than Katla as its been more active in recent months. The increase in activity in Italy and Greece reminds me to keep watching Mt Etna as well. The AK/Aleutians volcanoes are all R side headache with some pain on the R side of the head. The Cascades and Mt Etna all are L side headache with back of head pains L side … Mt Hood, Rainier and Mammoth also cause stomach pains.* Mammoth Lakes is mostly stomach no specific headache. The activity continues in Mexico with a/s from two different major quakes. The 8.2 quake of the 7th was bad and did lots of damage but it did have the loss of lives that the 7.1 on the 19th caused. The latest death toll is 325 and it could go higher. The next largest a/s of the 8.2 quake based on past experience should fall between the 26th and 2nd of October plus or minus 12 hrs. Then we have the 7.1 event this one I wanted to remark on for all of you who have taken these updates for any given amount of time, you know about “Anniversary” quakes, these are quakes that hit near or on the anniversary of another moderate/major quake. This one the next largest a/s should likely hit between the 7th and 13th of October plus or minus 12 hrs.

So the 7.1 near Puebla Mexico was a exact Anniversary quake of the 8.0 Michoacán MX quake, there was also another quake in the 2 days later in Guerrero, Mexico that came in at… 7.6 Just as this one had the 8.2 followed by the 7.1 event. There was a 3rd event, this one was the 6.1 in Mathias Romero, MX on the 23rd, this one the next largest a/s should be between the 12th and 17th of October plus or minus 12 hrs.

Mexico is one of the easier locations to identify for quakes.. this is sharp deep heart pains. The 8.2 caused some milder pains but the 7.1 had my knees buckling and near migraine headache. I had similar symptoms in 1985 before the 8.0 in Michoacán, MX and this one was far more destructive than the 8.2 of the 8th

This may not interest you but I am including it because these same companies are drilling in Oregon, they are involved in drilling in ID, and Iceland, Oklahoma, as well as Italy and Turkey and are either drilling or projected drilling in Africa and other locations around the world. Next they could be in your state. Many areas like Italy and Iceland have had geothermal since before we had the internet with little if any quake related events. Ormat and or AltaRock move into the picture and “ Bingo “ the quakes begin. They are also working in Mammoth Lakes, Newberry Crater, & Lakeview OR as well as CT which ended as fast as it began. This is in an attachment so if you are not interested you do not have to read it. They have been doing some drilling at the foothills of the Cascades, including Mt Rainier, Mt St Helens and Mt Hood * Is this causing the increase in activity in this Cascade Giants? “ Such as assessment of the mineral- and geothermal-resource …. Altogether, from the volcanic front near Mount St. Helens. (test wells in the southern Washington Cascades (Schuster ….. slopes of Mount Adams volcano, Cascade Range,.

I am not saying they are doing this intentionally but that doesn’t stop the quakes.

I am watching in Soda Springs, ID. This area is still getting many quakes. USGS says this is a fault but they can’t figure out which one, I say its not, I believe that its due to Geothermal Drilling in the area. Also the new phosphate mine in the area which by the way is owned by Monstanto. * if that makes you feel warm and cozy * Note the location of the mine and they are drilling and blasting in this area.

The hot springs are the draw for the geothermal projects in the area. Personally I don’t care what their deal is I do not trust Monsanto. This is my personal opinion, but when you are dealing with the company that brought us poison in the form of Aspartame and Roundup, well you get the idea. There has been more activity in S CA and into Mexico in the last week or so. Most of the quakes are hitting the Imperial Valley area and a few near San Diego and the Landers Quake Zone. Sharp heart pains for all of the above and then we get into specifics, with S CA into MX and MX proper, its all over headache and sharp jabby heart pains, and with Borrego Springs in the Imperial Valley you can add Stomach pains. This area covers “Brawley, Westmoreland, El Centro, Mexicali, Calexico, Borrego Springs and Ocotillo as well as Baja CA MX and Gulf of CA “ with the areas of Baja CA MX and Gulf of CA you can experience some headaches but like Mexico proper, they are an all over headache.

With the quakes near Julian and San Diego, you get more of a forehead type headache and sharp heart pains, and with Landers quake Zone including Joshua Tree, Landers, Yucca Valley, etc. You get similar symptoms as with the Wasatch of the low back pains and that can include either stomach or intestinal flu symptoms. But you also get tummy aches like Borrego Springs or Mammoth and sharp heart pains like S CA.. If you get into Palm Springs, Whittier, Pasadena and Burbank, then we get sharp heart pains, more needle like and sharp earaches both sides. * We are in a “ anniversary quake “ timeline for the next 16 days September 28th through October 8th 2017.

Its supposed to be 2 weeks a week before and a week after the date. The next area I am watching is Mammoth Lakes. This is still volcanic and the main symptom is stomach pains. Seldom have I ever experienced a headache with Mammoth Lakes. But Mammoth is a “ blanket location “ as it covers many locations in this area.. including Mammoth, Mono, Bridgeport, Bishop, Ridgecrest, China Lakes, as well as Toms Place and Coso Junction * Bishop quakes tend to be a precursor for activity in the area of Kern County CA including specifically Coalinga but along with the stomach pains add plugged and pressured earaches and headache and achy heart pains. On the other end we have The Geysers this also acts as a blanket name for locations. This time we are looking at “ The Geysers, Pinnacles, Gilroy, San Juan Bautista, Tres Pinos, Los Banos, ( Hollister, Cloverdale and Healdsburg )

There is still lots of activity in S CA not in the main cities but in smaller communities. These include Anza, Borrego Springs, Idyllwild, Westmoreland, Ocotillo Wells, Hemet, Pasadena, Mt Palomar Observatory * Palma Valley I was visiting there in 1986 and was lecturing in Palma Valley at the home of the CEO of Carrier Air Conditioner. The home was by all standards a mansion. It was called Camelot. I recall looking out the windows which ran from the ceiling to the floor and gazing at the hills in front and a bit to my L. I asked what it was and was told it was where they had “ Mt Palomar Observatory “ I said I would not live here. He asked me why, and I told him it was not comfortable and I thought that there was quake activity building. Shortly after my visit, there was a small series of quakes in the area. He put the house on the market and moved shortly there after.

I was also at that same visit asked by a Mr. Rice to see what I “ felt “ walking the parameter of the San Onofre Nuclear Power Plant, located near San Diego CA on the Pacific Coast Shore. I walked it and was dizzy, disorientated and spacey as well as I had head pains in specific areas of my head and some heart pains. I reported that I felt that the plant was not safe and it was likely built too close to a fault.. ( I had forgotten no matter where you build a nuclear power plant you will likely be near a fault, because the plants need water and old rivers and oceans contain ancient faults ) I know when I spoke to them sometime later, the man I spoke to believed me totally but it was not till 2012 that the power plant was shutdown and its my belief they did this after the Fukushima disaster and what happened to their nuclear facility on the coast of Japan following the Tōhoku / Sendai quake.

OK is also due for another a/s based on the timeline for that event. Now through October 2nd.

Still getting more back pains and stomach pains “ seismic flu “ this can also include activity in ID, UT, MT, WY, as well as parts of AZ, NM, TX and CO… then we have the New Madrid most active other than OK is KS which more quakes in recent days. I had reported to a friend a couple of days ago I was watching KS and we also get TN, AR, AL, and MO.. we have recently had more activity in IL and NY so the quakes are definitely happening all throughout the Wasatch/ New Madrid seismic belt. Albion IL had a small quake as well and once again we are looking at the same timeline for an event as the OK one which would be now through the 2nd of October. This area is instantaneous seismic flu and low back pains and can include teeth chattering chills. Since the floods in TX I am expecting to get a increase of quake activity in this area. So far its ok.

The has been some reports of mid upper back pains which are the Loma Prieta Quake Zone. Mostly this is San Jose, Morgan Hill and Santa Cruz as well as Santa Clara County. Along with the mid upper back pains, you may also experience achy heart pains, earaches in one or both ears, intermittent and intense sleepiness.
Before I forget, I have had on and off pains on the L side dental pains, in the past this has been tied into the Santa Barbara Channel area and it will cause similar symptoms to Chile but the anger is the main symptom and is instantaneous.
Sabrina has been very needy lately. She is not sick but comes in from outside to show me she is getting something since it causes her to retch. She is not getting sick but eating grass at times. * I have noticed she is eating more, not just weather related as she does each fall but she is craving carbs as well * sadly this is not good for her but she sits and cries and cries even in the middle of the night so I give her about 6 pieces and that seems to satisfy her for a little while.

For anyone who is sensitive to the solar flares as I am, this is what I recommend, not as a doctor but as a biological sensitive. Lecithin and TUMS, Peppermint Tea, and soda crackers it has worked for many people who react to these events. If you have medical issues or are pregnant check with your doctor before taking the Lecithin and Peppermint tea and Tums™

If you are in KS and or TN, AR, AL, and or MO , the New Madrid System I would be very watchful for more quakes, be sure you have your Quake Emergency Supplies in a close to you location, this includes medical supplies, personal supplies, change of clothes, pet supplies if applicable and a out of state phone number. Water and food for at least 3-7 days and batteries for light. Also know how to shut off your gas lines, get a key at any hardware store.

With all the recent flares be especially careful about your eyes and skin. I used to have this on my site but removed it, now with Winter/cooler weather due within a few months , I am re-adding it remember with the Sun, snow even on overcast days, is too bright so wear your sun glasses, every time you go outdoors wear sunglasses and sunscreen. Go for a product that is an established brand.. don’t go for cheap… some sun screens have been recalled for burning their users. Sun glasses will stop or at least almost totally stop the chance of getting cataracts’ in your eyes.. the leading cause of cataracts’ is Sun… even baby’s need eye protection. Blu-ray type glasses are best.
